We’re going to be sharing some of our 2016 events mixed in with 2017 events as we move into 2017. This is the year of the blog – hold us to it okay? We’re had so many gorgeous events over the years and haven’t shared nearly enough of them. So as we make up for that you will be enjoying some extra doses of gorgeousness.
I’m going to start out with one of my favorite weddings from 2016, Paige & Noah’s wedding at Pangas Beach Club, Tamarindo. Not only were the flowers, vendors, and “wedding stuff” all perfection, Paige & Noah were just SO wonderful to get to know and especially to meet in person. Paige has such an magnetic personality, she’s beautiful inside & out!
Paige & Noah had visited Costa Rica years before so when they became engaged, they knew a destination wedding in Costa Rica was the right choice.
Paige followed the wedding with this email. I don’t even know how she slipped into calling me Megs (what my siblings & close friends call me) but it just came naturally (love it!)! Of course, this is the kind of email that makes us cry. But it’s okay, we like this kind of crying.
“Megs!!! How are you beautiful? I just posted a review on Wedding Wire. They cut me off on words otherwise I could have gone on and on. I literally starting crying when I was writing the review remembering how amazing the week was, and 95% of that is because of you! You took so much of the stress off of my back and from the very beginning I knew I was in such good hands. Our friends and family still can’t stop talking about what an amazing week it was. You and your team are just so special to us…”(to read Paige’s Wedding Wire review, check here (via the page of our old brand OCRW).
As a teen, Paige had won in a singing competition to sing on stage with Shania Twain. So of course her guests wouldn’t let the night pass without her singing a few tunes. When she got on the mic, I think the entire staff froze in amazement! I mean, we had heard the guests saying she was good but her voice was unbelievable! Huge treat to hear Paige sing, and I fully believe that girl could be filling stadiums if she chose to do so.
From Paige: “Noah and I met in the summer of 2010 when Noah started on my team at Oracle. I was his designated mentor and pretty much taught him everything he knows today about sales. We were buds upon meeting, although I thought Noah was a bully due to his constant teasing and my extra sensitive nature. However, after about a year of working together we realized we had the hots for each other and started dating. The rest is history. One of our favorite things to do together is travel and we knew even before we got engaged that when got married, we would have a destination wedding. We wanted to stay true to our adventurous spirits while bringing along our closest friends and family. We are so unbelievably excited and grateful to be getting married in an awesome place with our amazing family and friends.”
Christina Craft of Funkytown Photographer captured the day beautifully, enjoy!
Congrats Paige & Noah!
