Having trouble bringing your event vision to life?  We can help! Whether you are looking for a big impact with flowers, a tablescape that really blows everyone away, or a dance floor that really gets people ready to party - we know the best vendors to help make those ideas work for you.

How it works

To better understand your design style and budget, we first send over a questionnaire. This gives us a better overview of your priorities and preferences for the wedding day.

In this process we also look through any inspiration photos you may have, or any weddings from our site that you would like to use as inspiration. After we have an understanding of your vision, we create a full design guide for you so you can see all of the details in one place. This is always an ah-ha moment for our couples and helps them visualize the big picture and little details!

After your approval of the design, we will obtain quotes from the vendors and introduce you to confirm the orders and work their setup into your planning and timeline.

Pricing:

Our design services start at $1,250
This includes your design checklist, budget tracker, up to 4 hours of calls with our design experts, design guide, vendor recommendations and initial quotes.

Optional Services such as Floor plan rendering, Vendor invoicing, etc are available and can be quoted based on venue and scope of event.

If you need additional time with our designers this can be added at $150 per hour.
