Stay Present on your Wedding Day
In addition to our Day of Coordination services for supervising the event setup, serving as the contact person for the venue and vendors, and managing the timeline, we also offer the option to add your own Wedding Attendant.
With this service, your wedding attendant stays by your side to help with anything you can think of. The moments before your wedding ceremony can feel hectic sometimes. There are so many pieces to the puzzle with wedding party, family, and vendors all around while you are getting ready and your wedding attendant is there to create and protect your bubble of peace.
Your wedding attendant can help you stay present by:
- Managing any incoming texts or calls throughout the day.
- Steaming your wedding attire.
- Collecting items from guests or others in your wedding party.
- Providing your invitations and details for the photographer to capture detail photos.
- Ensuring the groom or other wedding guests don't see you before the big moment.
- Ordering and delivering food for your wedding party.
- Distributing any personal flowers, such as bouquets and boutonnieres.
- Cleaning up your getting-ready suite so the background in your photos isn't messy.
- Helping you stay on your timeline.
- Making sure the rings are ready for the ceremony.
- Helping collect guests for group or family photos.
- Keeping you calm and hydrated throughout the day.
Investment
Morning attendant: This service includes an attendant for 5 hours - while you are getting ready until you walk down the aisle. (Rate: $180)
Day of attendant: This service includes an attendant for 8 hours - this includes arriving before the stylist begins hair & makeup through when dinner begins. (Rate: $250)
Full wedding attendant: This service includes an attendant for your entire wedding while getting ready until the reception ends (up to 12 hours). This attendant can also help with collecting your decor and gifts and ensuring that all belongings are with your guests upon exit. (Rate: $400)
