Main course: Sesame seared tuna sashimi, sweet eel sauce, and wasabi, Asian slaw honey ginger dressing, preserved radishes and edamame, coconut vanilla, and lime white marlin ceviche, side of aji and leche de tigre, and honey chipotle glazed chicken lollipops,
Sides: Sweet potato and coconut veloute, red curry sautéed edamame, baby corn and jalapenos, ruby red beets and Granny Smyth apple salad, toasted almonds, and queso feta, seared crispy skin seabass, cauliflower almond puree, Mediterranean herbs roasted cherry tomatoes, pesto sautéed minis zucchinis and virgin salsa.
Dessert: French toast, caramel fudge, and marinated red berries.
