Daja Parker and Delroy Grant chose the second path, gathering just 20 of their closest loved ones for an intimate micro wedding tucked inside one of La Fortuna’s most charming hidden gems, the Los Lagos Chapel. Surrounded by rainforest, natural stone paths, and the quiet beauty of Costa Rica, their day felt personal, emotional, and deeply intentional.
Daja’s bridal details reflected timeless style with playful personality. Her accessories included velvet blush platform heels trimmed in pearls, delicate jewellery, and custom wedding stationery inspired by vintage travel tickets. She carried a tropical bouquet featuring flamingo flowers, palms, and soft romantic florals in shades of coral, blush, and ivory.
She wore a modern gown with subtle sparkle and elegant structure, while Delroy looked sharp in a light sand suit paired with a crisp white shirt and a soft neutral boutonniere. Together, they struck the perfect balance of classic style and tropical ease.
Before the ceremony, the couple shared a private first look and read personal vows to one another, creating one of the most emotional moments of the day. It allowed them to connect quietly before walking into the next chapter surrounded by family.
The ceremony space was transformed with elegant floral columns filled with white blooms, soft peach accents, tropical greenery, and glowing string lights hung throughout the chapel. As guests arrived, they were welcomed with our team protecting them from the rain and chilled flavoured water and soft music echoing through the chapel. Daja walked down the aisle solo to piano music, creating a beautiful and unforgettable entrance. After exchanging vows and signing their legal paperwork, the newlyweds celebrated to the joyful sound of You Make My Dreams Come True.
Following portraits around the chapel grounds, everyone returned for a relaxed private reception tucked into the jungle. This wedding was proof that you do not need hundreds of guests or elaborate production to create something unforgettable. With meaningful design, heartfelt moments, and the people who matter most, Daja and Delroy created a celebration that felt rich in all the right ways.
