Aaron + Becca have a tale as old as time - they initially developed a close friendship as coworkers but when Aaron relocated from Newport Beach to San Diego a year later for a new job opportunity, Becca quickly realized how much she missed his presence. They dated long-distance for about 8 months then moved in together in Long Beach. Fast forward 5 years, and this adorable couple has been inseparable. Our team loved bringing their dreamy beach wedding to life in Tamarindo!
Aaron + Becca live active lifestyles back home in the states - you can catch them bike-riding, swimming at the beach, and boating off the coast of California. Their favorite activity is traveling and exploring new places together.
They are never shy of an adventure and shared the sweetest memories with us of their first trip to Costa Rica. As guests of a destination wedding themselves just a few years prior, they planned separate excursions like zip-lining, river tubing, and horseback riding through the rain forest that made for lifelong memories. When it came to planning their own wedding, they had their heart set on Costa Rica so that their loved ones could have the same incredible experiences they once did.
The stunning bride chose to share her first looks with both her father and her soon-to-be husband in the courtyard. In the midst of this intimate moment, Aaron surprised Becca with a diamond necklace and sealed it all with a kiss before the ceremony began.
Becca came to us with a clear vision for her ceremony - a natural, romantic, and boho atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery with small touches of coral and pink. The circular arch made for the perfect backdrop filled with dense greenery and exotic florals like red ginger and pink anthurium. The bridal bouquet included draping white orchids, monstera leaves, and Costa Rica’s national flower Guarianthe skinneri.

We loved the personal touches this sweet couple chose to incorporate in their big day - Aaron’s sister wore a floral crown as the flower girl and was accompanied by the cutest ring bearer carrying the rings in a coconut shell. The groom walked down the aisle with his mother on his arm.
