The villa is situated on a hill so you catch a wonderful breeze and can see the beach and ocean clearly. Plus, some exciting visitors can come by... monkey families!

The couple took photos down at the beach for a little bit of private time to soak in their new titles as Mr. & Mrs. Their families stayed up at the villa for cocktails by the poolside.

The table was decorated tastefully with beautiful flowers and candles. The couple wanted to treat their 19 guests with really great food. They focused on the menu and picked a fantastic catering team that focused on rich flavorful dishes.

This Couple's Wedding Menu
Cocktail Hour Menu
Drinks: Passionfruit rum slushes & strawberry mint mojitos.
Appetisers: Octopus tacos, duck empanadas, Angus sliders, and stuffed mushrooms.
Dinner Menu
Salad & Appetisers: Grilled shrimp salad with cashews and passion fruit dressing or grilled pineapple with brie.
Entrees: Macadamia encrusted Sea Bass over wild rice, jumbo shrimp, lime beurre blanc, lemongrass foam, and roasted red pepper coulis, with seasonal vegetables.
Organic Chicken Breast Roulade stuffed with roasted tomato, basil, and organic local goat cheese served with a lime butter sauce, pesto, and over potato puree.
Grilled Organic Beef Tenderloin served with volcanic rocks heated at over 500 degrees for guests to cook at preferred temperatures, served with pureed chimichurri, crispy garlic smashed potatoes, and portobello mushroom stuffed with ratatouille.
Dessert: Tres leches crem brûlée

The rest of the night was laid back. Everyone was dancing all night long on the poolside deck. They played some fun games like the infamous "shoe game". Then, everyone ended up in the pool late at night and enjoyed the nights cooled town temperatures. Congrats D+M - we can't wait to see you back soon!
