Danielle + Matt share that kind of special love that feels infectious, making them such a joy to be around. We had the pleasure of planning an exquisite, fun wedding in Las Catalinas for these adorable lovebirds! Their weekend festivities kicked off with a welcome pool party, which set the tone for the couple's fun and outgoing personalities.
When they aren’t spending quality time with their beloved friends, Dani + Matt enjoy traveling and exploring new places. This adventurous pair loves anything outdoors - whether hiking, skiing, or boating. Their love story began at an 80s prom party, and a few months later when they met again at a mutual friend’s wedding the rest became history.
Fast forward to their engagement, Matt popped the big question while they were visiting Prague - he surprised Dani with a private dinner at a nearby restaurant that had a stunning terrace overlooking the city surrounded by a bountiful garden. They spent the next 10 days traveling through Greece and celebrating their engagement with loved ones. Well done, Matt!
The bride and groom knew they wanted an upscale and tropical feel for their wedding day, and chose a beautiful neutral color palette with pops of oranges, yellows, and green. On the big day, the groom wore a tropical-colored undershirt with a palm tree design, paired with a coral blazer, while the bride donned a stunning three-dimensional short dress with a long veil to complete her look. The bridal party had mismatched dresses that complemented each of their unique styles, yet paired perfectly with the wedding theme.
The bridesmaids' bouquets had a base of tropical greenery with bold pops of bright orange, rich pink, and yellow, while the bridal bouquet held draping white orchids with similar pops of tropical tones.
The wedding ceremony took place at Casa Chameleon, with an insanely stunning backdrop of an oceanfront view with mountains in the distance. The hanging wedding arbor was adorned with monstera leaves and pops of bright tropical flowers, and the bride walked down the aisle arm in arm with both her mom and dad.

Following the ceremony, guests were invited to dine outdoors to continue the celebration. The outdoor dinner overlooked an infinity pool, with a beautiful tablescape covered with abundant greenery and bold colorful flowers, tapered candles, and colored votives. They chose personalized shot glasses instead of chargers per place setting, and rows of bistro-style lights fanned out over the poolside cocktail space.

Appetizer: Calamari, tuna sashimi, and chameleon salad with chicken
Main course: Linguini huancaina with shrimp, bbq chicken with truffle mashed potato, steak chimichurri, green salad with French fries, and Mahi Mahi
Dessert: Ice cream
This fun and spunky couple's vision for their wedding was beautifully executed, and it was a joy to see them celebrate their love with their closest family and friends in such a tropical and fun setting. They ended their wedding weekend with a private catamaran sunset cruise the night after their wedding, and with a full moon, the views were breathtaking.
The reception was equipped with an ice cream bar and a late-night food bar with wings and burger sliders. The iconic ice cream bar sign read "First Comes Love, then Comes Ice Cream" and had customized ice cream cups for everyone to enjoy! They danced and partied all night long with a live DJ.
