Nestled in the lush rainforest of Arenal, Paige and Nick’s wedding at Nayara Tented Camp was the definition of understated elegance — intimate, family-centered, and deeply personal. With only ten guests in attendance, the couple embraced a peaceful and luxurious escape into Costa Rica’s natural beauty, choosing to celebrate their love with a weekend of shared experiences, laughter, and thoughtfully curated details.
Paige got ready at Nayara Gardens alongside her mother and brother, while Nick spent the morning at the Paloma Residence within the Tented Camp. The pair chose not to do a first look, making their ceremony entrance even more emotional. Paige walked down the aisle with her father to the gentle sounds of “All of Me” by John Legend, played live by a local guitarist. Guests were seated on wooden chairs surrounded by swaying palms and rainforest sounds, with refreshing coconuts waiting for them at the altar.
The ceremony was simple and heartfelt, framed by tropical floral arrangements in tall gold vases and a lush green backdrop. Guests blew bubbles as the newlyweds exited, and Paige and Nick toasted their union with coconuts — hers plain, his with a splash of rum. After signing their marriage certificate, the couple took portraits on the yoga pavilion surrounded by golden hour light, volcano views, and a symphony of jungle birds.
Nearby the cocktail hour unfolded on a terrace adorned with string lights, tropical centerpieces, and soft music. Appetizers like tuna tartare on patacones and coconut curry empanadas added local flavor, while champagne and mocktails kept the celebration easygoing and fresh.

The reception featured a long, family-style dinner table under swaying lanterns. Coral napkins tied with greenery rested atop golden chargers and monstera leaf place cards. After toasts from both fathers, Paige and Nick shared a romantic first dance to “Tenerife Sea” before cutting their two-tier cake, which featured sugar leaves, fondant florals, and a subtle nod to Costa Rica’s iconic palms. Their playlist carried the night into soft candlelight, laughter, and a few more slow dances under the stars.
Though the couple had never been to Costa Rica before, their wedding weekend at Nayara captured everything they love: nature, family, meaningful moments, and global adventure. As a final thoughtful touch, Paige and Nick saved the top layer of their cake to take on their honeymoon — a sweet send-off to a weekend they’ll never forget.
