For Lexi and Cody, love at first sight wasn't just a phrase, it was their reality. The two met in March 2019 at the Flamingo Bar in Las Vegas, and from that moment on, they were inseparable. Their love has taken them across states, helped them put down roots in Texas, brought two fur babies into their lives, and even led to an unforgettable engagement in Mexico. When it came time to choose their wedding destination, Costa Rica felt like the next natural chapter in their travel-filled love story.

Surrounded by just 20 of their closest people, Lexi and Cody created a wedding experience that was intimate, stylish, and full of intention. The weekend began with a rehearsal ceremony on the sand and a catamaran cruise on the ocean. Guests enjoyed days filled with massages, beach time, and delicious dinners in Tamarindo, building up to a relaxed and heartfelt celebration.

The ceremony took place at an intimate bed and breakfast set beneath the palms on a lush beachfront lawn. Guests were welcomed with refreshing starfruit lemonades before settling into teak benches flanking a natural aisle of rattan rugs. A wood arch adorned with dried palms, pampas, and orchids framed the ceremony, blending beautifully with the tropical surroundings.

Lexi walked barefoot down the aisle holding a bouquet of loose white and pale rose florals, accented with eucalyptus, burnt orange touches, and baby’s breath—perfectly boho and personal.

After vows were exchanged, the couple walked the shore at sunset, having a moment to soak it all in together. The celebration continued for the guests with a relaxed cocktail hour in a coastal-chic lounge setup of poufs, comfy chairs, and a neutral-toned sofa.

The dinner setup followed the same natural, romantic theme: teak tables and woven chargers, soft ivory runners, clear and amber glassware, and gold flatware. Each table featured bud vases and florals in warm neutral tones, taper candles, and printed menus and place cards. Every detail was effortless yet elevated.
