Hors d’ Oeuvres: Crispy local organic goat cheese sweet and spicy mango chutney, duck empanada turnover pastry filled with duck confit, cremini mushroom, stuffed with duxelles and served with a parmesan tuille
Main course: Coco del mar fresh shrimp, lobster, and mussels sautéed with ginger and garlic, finished with lobster stock, coconut milk, and a touch of cream, surf, and turf beef tenderloin and lobster, yucca croquette, and julienne vegetables.
Dessert: Chocolate trio, mini chocolate volcano, espresso mousse with café rica, white chocolate truffle with macadamia nuts and blackberry coulis, and tropical sorbet trio.
