Aarti + Parshant decided to elope and spend some quality time together in Costa Rica. When choosing a location, they knew they wanted somewhere lush and full of greenery. Together we decided on the Hotel Arenal Nayara because of its amenities and closeness to beautiful spaces for photos.
When choosing to marry in Costa Rica, outside of the dry season, you always will have the risk of rain. On this day, it really poured! However, neither Aarti + Parshant seemed phased. They both stayed so happy and excited the whole morning. While getting ready, Aarti face-timed her mom and her best friend. You could see them gleaming through the phone, they were just as excited for this moment as the couple!
This bride chose to wear white vans for her wedding day. We love that laid-back style. She laced up her vans and fluffed her dress and headed to the bridge in the hotel’s garden for the first look with her handsome groom.
The sun shined through for this moment making it even just a bit more magical. Just as they headed down to the ceremony the rain started to drizzle and Parshant grabbed his umbrella to cover his beautiful bride.
The elopement ceremony was in a covered wooden bungalow with lush greenery surrounding it. The ceremony was simple and before they knew it, they were slipping rings on each other's fingers, sealing it all with a big kiss, and they were married!
Since the rain had picked up again the couple headed back to the hotel for mojitos in the library. They giggled and snuggled up on the couch, really taking in the moment and listening to the sound of the rain.
The rain did not bother this couple, they were much stronger than a little water. They headed back t the garden to dance in the rain. We loved watching them laugh and twirl around with such joy in their eyes.
Since they were already soaked, they decided to do a trash the dress shoot! Hand and hand they walked to the hotel's pool and jumped right in! They took some really fun underwater photos that really made for a unique part of their wedding album. - Congrats Arti + Parshant! We can’t wait to see you back in Costa Rica again soon!
