From the very start, Nicki and Ben’s Costa Rica wedding weekend was the perfect mix of laid-back luxury, tropical flair, and unexpected disco moments. The celebration began with a sunset welcome party and dinner where guests gathered barefoot on the sand for drinks, dinner, and ocean breezes. The vibe? Tropical smart casual - think breezy linen shirts, sundresses, and cocktails in hand.
Nicki wore a chic and simple gown with a flowy silhouette and an open back — elegant and effortless against the Costa Rican coastline. Her bouquet was bold and thoughtfully arranged in vivid, joyful tones. She paired the look with relaxed beach energy, perfectly in tune with the natural setting. Benjamin opted for suede loafers, no tie, and a sunny yellow orchid boutonnière, keeping things sharp yet casual.
The wedding was hosted at the fmaous Pangas Beach Club, where this stylish duo said “I do” beneath a showstopping asymmetrical floral arch, bursting with bright tropical blooms. The aisle was lined with lush floral arrangements in bold colors—oranges, pinks, yellows, and tropical greens—creating a floral path that felt both wild and curated.
Wedding Playlist
The Ceremony Starts with: Islands in the Stream by Dolly Parton + Kenny Rogers
The Ceremony Ends with: Love the One You're With by Crosby, and Still
The Couple's first dance: Harvest Moon by Neil Young
Father + Daughter dance song: Days Like This by Van Morrison
Guests were greeted with one of the couple’s most unique touches: a seating chart made of limes, each labeled with names and table numbers — a playful nod to their fun-loving spirit.
Dinner was served under the stars at long teak tables, styled with dusty blue runners, clear bud vases filled with flowers, and hurricane candles glowing between fresh fruit centerpieces and boho-chic chargers. The floral palette balanced structured white roses with loose, tropical bursts, creating a table design that was both elevated and alive.
And then there were the disco balls!
Suspended from the trees above the outdoor dance floor, they caught the light as guests danced the night away. The couple leaned into the theme with disco-inspired invitations, and the sparkle continued through the evening.

Our favorite detail of the night was a pressed flower cake and a dessert table full of sweets to keep the party going all night long. From start to finish, this celebration was colorful, creative, and deeply personal—a true reflection of two people who know how to have fun, stay grounded, and make beautiful memories in paradise.
