We are throwing it way back to 2016 for this beautiful Playa Tamarindo Wedding in Costa Rica! This was one of our favorite weddings from 2016. Not only were the flowers, vendors, and "wedding stuff" all perfection, Paige & Noah were just SO wonderful to get to know and especially to meet in person. Paige has such a magnetic personality, she's beautiful inside & out! We clicked from the start and she even started calling me Meg, which only my family calls me.
Paige & Noah had visited Costa Rica years before so when they became engaged, they knew a destination wedding in Costa Rica was the right choice. These two had been to Costa Rica on a trip before, when they were picking their dream destination location Tamarindo came to mind and just felt right! They had a beautiful ceremony at the infamous Pangas Beach club and included a sand mixing ceremony as a unity ceremony that symbolized a mixing of two families.
Paige followed the wedding with this email. I don't even know how she slipped into calling me Megs (what my siblings & close friends call me) but it just came naturally (love it!)! Of course, this is the kind of email that makes us cry. But it's okay, we like this kind of crying.
As a teen, Paige had won in a singing competition to sing on stage with Shania Twain. So of course her guests wouldn't let the night pass without her singing a few tunes. When she got on the mic, I think the entire staff froze in amazement! I mean, we had heard the guests saying she was good but her voice was unbelievable! Huge treat to hear Paige sing, and I fully believe that girl could be filling stadiums if she chose to do so.
From Paige: “Noah and I met in the summer of 2010 when Noah started on my team at Oracle. I was his designated mentor and pretty much taught him everything he knows today about sales. We were buds upon meeting, although I thought Noah was a bully due to his constant teasing and my extra sensitive nature. However, after about a year of working together we realized we had the hots for each other and started dating. The rest is history. One of our favorite things to do together is travel and we knew even before we got engaged that when got married, we would have a destination wedding. We wanted to stay true to our adventurous spirits while bringing along our closest friends and family. We are so unbelievably excited and grateful to be getting married in an awesome place with our amazing family and friends.”
