Liz + Grant tied the knot in this serene destination spot, Playa Conchal, where tropical dreams come true! We loved cultivating this intimate beach wedding for a couple that truly embodies the spirit of love and adventure. With a vision that combined warm, casual vibes with an informal vacation-like atmosphere, the newlyweds wanted their special day to be a memorable experience for all to enjoy to the fullest.
Their love story began with a chance encounter at a bingo night and evolved into a 7-year relationship. Their engagement atop Enchanted Rock in Fredericksburg, TX, marked another chapter in their story, leading to the celebration of a lifetime.
With activities ranging from a catamaran cruise to adventurous ATV rides and serene jungle safaris, we loved coordinating schedules for their diverse group of guests to ensure they had an experience to remember. From young couples in their late twenties to older family members in their sixties and seventies, the weekend-long celebration was designed to cater to everyone's interests and preferences. We ensured that not only the bride and groom but each and every guest feels like they're on a dream vacation!

Set against the breathtaking backdrop at Westin Playa Conchal, the ceremony took place under the serene ‘Zen’ tree overlooking the mountains and ocean. As guests were greeted with a fresh coconut pipa, they sat in naturalistic wooden benches, offering a cozy and intimate feel. As the sun began to set, the couple shared their heartfelt vows, capturing the essence of their love.
The color palette of tropical greens, deep reds, oranges, and pops of coral, pink, and purple beautifully reflected the vibrant surroundings. The reception decor perfectly complemented the couple's vision. Gold vases of varying sizes held potted succulents, orchids, and lush greenery, accented by tropical flowers and even fruit. Two beautifully crafted bar vignettes adorned with hanging Heliconia, lanterns, and potted plants.

Following the reception, the celebration continued with cocktail-style appetizers and flavorful bites, culminating in a delightful nacho bar and pizza feast that kept the energy high.
