The day unfolded with Ashlee getting ready alongside her bridal party, her mother, and a skilled glam squad. The bridesmaids, in an array of light blue dresses, complemented the bride’s chic updo and Bella Belle pointed heels.

Erick and his groomsmen prepared with equal excitement. Alex showed off his rings. They were even joined by a small but mighty member of their crew, the adorable ring bearer.

The bridesmaids made their entrance to the chapel with their beautifully woven baskets and flowers. Post-ceremony, the couple and their guests transitioned to Pangas Beach Club for a reception that seamlessly blended elegance and coastal charm. The farm tables were accented with warm floral arrangements, champagne gold silverware, and votive candles.

The white buttercream cake was designed with natural pressed flowers and filled with dulce de leche filling. Soft hues of gold, orange, and pink dotted the tables with the estuary in the background.

As the night fell, Ashlee and Erick danced the night away on the black and white checkerboard dance floor together as well as with their parents.

Appetizer: Parrot fish ceviche, smoked fish dip with fried plantains, pineapple chili glazed wings and tuna bite, served on a slab of polished hardwood with banana leaf
Salad: Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrot, red pepper, and red onions
Main course: Coffee rubbed flank steak with sauces, and grilled Mahi-Mahi with mango

The reception was magical under the string lights and lively music, and of course, included smooching. The two cut cake and guests played games like limbo while lively saxophone music and polaroid snapshots captured candid joy.
