Venue Selection
The first big decision in planning your wedding is the venue - after choosing your planner of course! From boutique hotels, to beachfront restaurants, to hilltop villas, and more - there are endless spaces in Costa Rica all with their own advantages and disadvantages. The wide variety of venues can be so inspiring and exciting but also let's be honest... a bit overwhelming!
Our planning team has hands-on experience with venues all over Costa Rica. We can help you choose the perfect place that sets the tone for the event and makes you feel confident when moving forward with planning your wedding.
How it works
Venue Research: First things first, we send over a venue questionnaire. We take the big picture into consideration so we can advise you on the best options for your big day (and wedding trip)! So this form will help us discover not only the needs of your venue for your ceremony and reception, but also give us a better understanding of what kind of experience you want for your guests. This includes experiences you might be looking for, travel time from airports, desired budget range for guests accommodations, etc.
Venue Guide: A week after filling out our venue selection form, we send over a custom made venue document for you. This document lists 6 - 10 venues that we have hand selected to align with your interests. We include an overview of ideal spaces for the ceremony and the reception as well as pricing. When we have the information available we also include example bar and menu options. This can give you a general idea of pricing based on information that we have. Pricing is known to vary based on availability and high seasons in Costa Rica but this gives you a great way to zoom in on venues of interest.
Venue Selection: Normally couples can narrow down their top 3 from this list or more often, choose their favorite right away. If needed, we also will include a 45 minute consulting call to answer any questions you may have about your top choices - this ensures that selecting your favorite venue is something you feel confident about and builds a great foundation for your wedding planning journey.
Pricing
We are currently offering this service for a one time payment of $750. This includes the questionnaire, full hand-selected venue guide, and one 45 minute consulting call with our planning team if needed.
