We wanted an intimate celebration that felt like the best vacation ever with all of our close friends and we definitely accomplished that thanks in large part to Mil Besos. The planning was seamless and everyone felt so taken care of. We just got to shut our brains off and have fun and be in the moment. Throughout the planning process, we would say “I can’t wait to be a guest at my own wedding” and it felt so amazing to be able to do that. Our day-of coordinator, Chelsea, was an absolute dream. She was so on top of everything and made me feel so at-ease with the rain issues. She also talked to me when I was getting super nervous right before the ceremony and had me distracted and laughing right up until it was time to walk. That personal touch was so lovely and SO needed! We feel beyond grateful to the Mil Besos team who helped us plan and execute flawlessly. We truly could not have done this without your guidance and expertise. We met with a few different planners and what made Mil Besos stand out above the rest were:
1. the organization and project flow – when we heard “Asana” we knew we had met our match! As two people who had never planned a wedding before, it was great to know that everything we would need to plan for was listed, a timeline was given, we had multiple options/vendors to review, and everything housed in one place.
2. The team is INCREDIBLE! With Mil Besos, we could interact with so many different team members who were all experts in their area. Connie, Keri, Karla, Meghan, Arlene…it just felt like we were totally taken care of from start to finish.
3. The major selling point was the introductory guide where before we even engaged the team, we could fill out a questionnaire and Mil Besos sends a recommended budget and checklist of key items to factor in. This just made us feel like the team had tons of experience working with non-locals and would be able to provide so much guidance in areas where we needed most.
