Appetizer: Seasonal garden salad with arugula, watermelon, avocado, and balsamic vinaigrette
Main course: Filet mignon with chimichurri sauce, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, filet of mahi mahi with mango salsa, Spanish saffron rice, and coconut gravy, mixed vegetables, and eggplant and zucchini ratatouille roll
Dessert: Salted caramel budinos, pavlova, and cake
